Handmade from the Heart Tote Bag

Many of you have asked to take your embroidery and sewing skills to the next level. We will make this adorable and functional bag for all your tote needs.  Use up some of your scraps, pick a coordinating lining and jump into a great time of learning and fun.  Please follow the directions below to be ready for your first class.  Due to copyright laws you must have paid for this design from Sweet Pea Embroidery.  The class size will be limited

Skill Level: Some experience sewing
Supplies needed:  Scraps of batting and fabric,  cut away stabilizer, embroidery machine with threads and sewing supplies

Please choose the size bag you would like to make and download it to your machine or USB.  The sample in the store is made in the 4x4 hoop

The first 6 classes will be a learning to stitch out the blocks, and progress to sit and sew. You may choose to attend all or just choose some classes and do some work at home.   This will also allow you to miss a class without falling behind.   Our final two classes will be putting the bag together.  We will talk about options for pockets, bag closures, and straps to personalize your bag to meet your needs.  The class is priced so that refunds cannot be made for missed sessions.
