Bristol Pins and Logs (Sleepy Hollow) Quilt
Description: Come in and choose your own fabric to learn this very easy quilt. This is a great class for those of you wanting to begin quilting. We will start with the simple log cabin during the first class, and then work on the pinwheel during the second class. Your fabric choices will make your quilt as unique as you. Length of class: Two sessions (4 - 5 hours each day)
Student Needs To Bring: Students will need to come in early and pick their fabric. A sewing machine, rotary cutter, rulers the width of fabric and a large square, basic sewing notions, sewing machine, and quarter inch foot.
Minimum number of students: 2
Maximum number of students: 8
Full payment is due to secure your spot upon signing up for a class. 100% of a class fee is refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is done at least 48 hours before class. This allows us to offer your spot to an individual on the waiting list and it ensures that our teachers will be compensated for their time. No-shows forfeit any refund or exchange.

| Instructor Bio: | Paula has been sewing since she was a young girl. Learning to make many of her clothes in high school served her well as she began sewing for her daughters when they were younger. Her husband served in the Navy and while he was away at sea, she fell in love with quilting. She has made several quilts over the years, as well as, pajamas for the children (now known as Gammy Jammies), smocking projects, heirloom sewing, and recently all things machine embroidery. As a soon-to-be empty nester, Paula enjoys sharing her love of sewing with others. Her favorite sewing tool (and the most used) is her seam ripper. She says it certainly keeps her humble. :) |
