Bristol August Embroidery Club
Description: Learn new tips and tricks that will enhance your embroidery skill set.
Length: 2 hours
Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced
- Working embroidery machine you are familiar with (a few machines are available for rent but must be reserved prior to class - $20 rental fee)
- 5x7 Embroidery Hoop
- Embroidery thread in your favorite colors
Minimum Number of Students: 2
Maximum Number of Students: 8Full payment is due to secure your spot upon signing up for a class. 100% of a class fee is refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is done at least 48 hours before class. This allows us to offer your spot to an individual on the waiting list and it ensures that our teachers will be compensated for their time. No-shows forfeit any refund or exchange.

| Instructor Bio: | Paula has been sewing since she was a young girl. Learning to make many of her clothes in high school served her well as she began sewing for her daughters when they were younger. Her husband served in the Navy and while he was away at sea, she fell in love with quilting. She has made several quilts over the years, as well as, pajamas for the children (now known as Gammy Jammies), smocking projects, heirloom sewing, and recently all things machine embroidery. As a soon-to-be empty nester, Paula enjoys sharing her love of sewing with others. Her favorite sewing tool (and the most used) is her seam ripper. She says it certainly keeps her humble. :) |
