Attic Treasures & Sew Easy Sewing School handles all personal information with the utmost care and respect. We do not lend, sell, trade, or otherwise share any personal information collected on our website. All information collected is used for order-processing only unless specifically stated otherwise (i.e. questionaires, polls, etc.).

Refunds & Returns

Attic Treasures & Sew Easy Sewing School stands behind all our products and services. All new machines come with a manufacturer's warranty. We will service or repair machines during the manufacturer's warranty period. Should a machine that is still under warranty need to be shipped to a repair facility, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. We allow 30 days for exchanges of equal or greater value.

Exchanges ONLY - no cash refunds

No cash or credit card refunds on any item. All exchanged items must be in resale condition, in the original packaging. Software and design packs will only be exchanged if they are unopened or defective. Defective items are exchanged for the exact same item only. There are no returns allowed on special orders, books, patterns, or printed materials. Please call ahead for exchange approval (703)490-1536.

Returned Checks

There will be a minimum $25 fee (or maximum amount allowed by law) for returned checks. Returned checks may be redeposited or electronically processed.

Class Policies

All classes must be paid in full at the time of registration/enrollment. There will only be refunds if a class is cancelled by the instructor. Make-ups are not generally allowed, however, exceptions can be made in extreme cases only if the instuctor approves.

Registration Information & Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks. You may enroll in classes by telephone, fax, email, postal mail, or online (if a form is available). Please DO NOT email your credit card information! If you need to sign up via email with a credit card, send your information including a phone number where you can be reached and someone will call for your information.
