want everyone to know you
are more than a customer
to me. You are fellow
children of the one true
God, who sent his only
Son, Jesus Christ, to set
us free from the grip of
sin and death. " You
know the plans you have
for me o Lord. You have
declared that they are
plans to prosper me and
not to harm me, plans to
give me a hope and a
future." — Jer.
29:11
These
words mean more than an
earthly prosper. It means
our Lord has every moment
of our lives ready to
receive the grace of a
loving heart, that we
might live a life filled
with peace. That peace
cares not for worldly
treasures, it looks to a
heavenly reward and has
our eyes turned upward
instead of inward on
self.
"Help
my soul to find rest in
You alone; my hope comes
from You.You alone are my
rock and my salvation.
You are my fortress and I
will not be shaken. My
salvation and my honor
depend on You; You, God,
are my mighty rock, my
refuge. Help me trust in
You at all
times. Remind me to
pour out my heart to You,
for You, God, are my
refuge." — PS
62:5-8
These Bible
verses help me to keep my
eyes on what is really
important in life. That
is what I can do everyday
to help keep my focus on
Christ.
