Bristol Catch-All Caddy

This is a 2-session class -- If you haven't heard of ByAnnie patterns, you don't know what you're missing! Her patterns are well constructed and very thorough and will guide you to complete a stunning and very professional-looking project. This Catch-All Caddy 2.0 will make a great introduction to her projects and patterns and will give you the foundation you need to tackle any of her other projects! This class is for all levels of sewists, from beginners to more advanced makers. Class will consist of two half-day sessions with work to be completed at home in between sessions. Catch-All Caddy pattern and supplies (see below) will need to be purchased to complete this project.

Skill level: Beginner to Advanced

Length of class: (2) 4-hour sessions (student will have work to do at home in between classes)

Supplies needed for class:
1 yard main fabric (body of caddy, outer pockets, inner divider)
1 yard lining fabric (lining of caddy, pockets, inner divider)
1 yard coordinating fabric (binding, handles, stabilizer sleeve, zipper pull)
1/2 yard of ByAnnie's Soft & Stable
3/4 yard of fusible interfacing
9" or longer single-slide zipper
1-1/4 yard of 1-1/2" polypro strapping
1-1/2 in rectangle rings (4)
5-3/4" x 12" base stabilizer (foam core, heavy cardboard, etc)
50# polyester thread to match fabric

Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Beginner to Advanced. If at the Beginner level ~ you must need to know how to operate a sewing machine.
Instructor: Jennifer Crawford
Instructor Bio: Jennifer Crawford has been sewing for 30 years and quilting for over 25 years. She first learned to sew from her great grandmother as a child playing with scraps. She enjoys making bags, traditional piecing, as well as making quilts. She is known for selecting patterns that look difficult but are really very easy. Jennifer shares tips and tricks for success with her students and friends alike. She believes those that sew are a part of the most supportive community. Walk into a quilt/fabric shop and you will instantly find kindred spirits and new friends. Sewing is a great form of self-expression. Remember, there are no mistakes.... just new designs! :)
